I started in the insurance industry as a team member and office manager for 8 years before opening my own agency in 2014, where I learned that success requires more than just hard work—it demands strong systems, leadership, and efficiency.
After our 3rd Straight Year Hitting Presidents Club in 2018, I began training and coaching agents and teams - Creating Level Up Consulting. We continued refining our processes and achieving milestones like Trophy Club status in 2019 and a #1 ranking in New Jersey. I renamed and founded Agency Elite to help agents and teams scale with proven strategies. Through training, coaching, and real-world experience, Agency Elite equips agencies with the tools to grow, streamline operations, and thrive in any market.

Agency Elite And Beyond
After a strong 2020 and four consecutive Presidents Club awards, we faced a major challenge—losing 7 out of 9 team members. With just two left, we rebuilt from the ground up, proving the strength of our systems.
By 2024, we had grown to 19 team members, two Chairman Circle/Exotic/MDRT Offices, and a repeatable success model centered on the Core 5: Mindset, Management, Team, Leads, and Processes.
Now, my mission is to help agents and teams implement these proven strategies through coaching, training, and community support—turning challenges into growth and success.
